We connect people and products and give you access to your daily needs and wants, with an unparalleled range at great prices.
You just have to download our app from google play or apple store. It takes just a few taps from our platform to order your favorite products.
What are your official working hours?
You can reach our customer service department from Saturday till Friday 8 am till 4pm.
The delivery department is operating 24 hours a day - 7 days a week - and during all holidays.
How much is the delivery charge?
We charge only 1.000 KD for all orders less than 10.000 KD.
Do you have special offers?
Of course. You can always check our latest promotions and discount in the hot deals section.
When can I expect the delivery?
We deliver from 8 am till 10:00pm.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to all areas of Kuwait except for Al-Ahmadi and Umm Al-Hayman. Chalet, Camping, Resorts, Islands and all other non-governorate locations.
How do you deliver?
Our vans are designed to keep your orders in the correct temperature to ensure that they stay frozen from Gourmet Picks to your door step.
How can I pay for my order?
You offer you two payment options, either cash or by online payment through k-net/visa.
Is my Credit Card/K-net information safe?
In compliance with our highest industry standards, we do not take nor save any of your credit card or K-net information on our servers.
When you choose k-net as a payment option, you will be re-directed through a secure connection to the K-net page. Then, K-net process the payment and send us back only a confirmation of the payment. So, your data will never leave the K-net page.
When you choose to pay with your Visa or Mastercard, you will be re-directed through a secure connection to Commercial Bank. Then, Commercial Bank will process the payment and will send us only a confirmation of the payment. This way, your card number won’t be saved.
I placed a wrong order how can I modify it?
In that case, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service center on (965) 2226 0040 and they will be happy to serve you.
How can I cancel my order?
In case of cancellation, make sure you contact our customer service center, providing the the reason of cancellation.
How much time the refund through online payments needs?
We will process your refund within 3 days from the day you request it.

I have cancelled my order by mistake. How can I re-order it?
You can either do it manually on the website/app, if you faced any problem, please ask our customer service agent to assist you and change the status of your order.
What would be the process if I need to exchange a product that I have received?
Kindly contact our Customer Service department providing the reason of exchange, and they will absolutely assist you with all the required steps.
I placed an order and I forgot to change the delivery location and timing How can I amend it?
You can either adjust it manually on your account on Gourmet picks or ask our agents for assistance.
What if my order is missing a product or product is past its expiry date?
Kindly contact directly our customer service agent and they will exchange the product and send it back to you as soon as possible.
Do I have to be home when the order is delivered?
You don’t have to worry if you weren’t at home or at the mentioned location, anyone could receive your order.
