Thank you for shopping with us at We hope that you are happy with your online shopping experience with us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request for a return, exchange, refund and/or cancellation where applicable.

- website and mobile application ships orders in Kuwait using the Company's own drivers and will frequently use 3rd party logistics partners.


-       Our delivery charge is 1.000 KWD covering all Kuwait areas.


-       Orders are delivered according to the delivery method which the customer selects at the time when placing the order, (Express Delivery within 90min, Standard Delivery within 4 hours and Scheduled Delivery in Kuwait).


-       Once you receive the order a copy of the order invoice will be provided with your order.


-      If you are not present at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, then your order will be provided to any person present at the specified address at the time of collection of delivery.


-    If we reach your address and fail to deliver the order, please contact our customer service department to arrange an alternative delivery time. (website and mobile application) not be responsible for any orders that are not delivered within a period of 30 days after the date of purchase.


Returns & Exchanges


Process for Exchanges and Returns:


To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and contact our customer service center (965) 2226 0040 and we will arrange for pickup from your address stated in your invoice.


      Policies for Exchange and Returns:


-       To be eligible for a return or exchange of a product purchased or order placed online, a request needs to be submitted within (48) hours from the time of placing the order.


-       Invoice/ order receipt must be present upon requesting a return.


-        Returned or exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired

without compromising the items quality, fake or does not match the specifications stated

on Gourmet Picks.


-       Returned items must be in their original packaging with all its original content. they cannot be used, or partially used. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the item during the time it was in your possession and may reject the request to exchange, return or refund.


-       Products can only be returned or exchanged if the product was not damaged, opened, or tampered with upon receipt.


-       Exchanges requested for reasons unrelated to the above may be subject to an additional delivery charge.


-       Exchanges & returns do not apply to all products that are categorized as fresh food, frozen food, and bakery goods (unless expired at time of delivery). These are considered non-refundable or non-exchangeable.


-       Please note that the duration is in accordance with the relevant applicable laws in your country, and in case of offers, special conditions are to be applied.

Policies for Cancellations and Refunds:


-       Subject to the exclusions stated in ‘Exchanges & Returns’ a refund will be logged upon request and processed upon receipt of the returned products where an exchange has not been requested or exchange where the difference in item value for the item being exchanged is lower than that which was purchased.


-       Customer will be required to pay the difference of an exchange product which is higher in price value from that which was previously purchased and requested to be returned for exchange.


-       Full refunds (order value and delivery charge) are applicable on cancellations made within 10minutes from placing the order for on-demand delivery and up to 2hrs from scheduled delivery.




-       If you paid by credit card or debit card (KNET in Kuwait), and you have canceled in accordance with this clause then we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures. No notification will be sent by signaling the refund has been processed back into your account.


-       You will receive your refund in full. We will not deduct any kind of transactions fees, such as Credit card or K-net fees or processing fees, from your refund amount.


-       You have the right to receive your refund against returned items in the same form of

payment made at time of original purchase. For example, if you bought items in cash, you will receive your refund in cash.


-       Under the discretion of the customer service, delivery charges which are deemed applicable for refund as part of the refund request will be credited to the customer’s wallet account on


-       Cancellations cannot be accepted outside of the specified periods as the order will have already been processed and can only then be amended through our aforementioned returns and exchanges process.


-       All returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellation requests may only be accepted during our official working hours.


-       It takes 7-10 business days to refund a cancellation or return of product when using the Credit Card Online Payment Method.


-       Products on discount or at the time of purchase were on discounted price cannot be refunded for the full original value.
